I bought a kit in Nov 2021 – and wanted to share an update after two years! My BBSHD with Samsung 52v 17.5ah battery and 850C is all still going strong after two years of moderate to hard use. I just got in from a challenging off road 25 miles, and as usual, no issues at all! The kit is all performing well, no issues and still wholly recommended. My only comment would be the thumb throttle, which has stripped its clamp ring threads, which after two or three re-fits is no great surprise, but is a pain to swap out as my cabling is all loomed up, and will require some thought. I stand by my original review, insofar as Saad was very supportive and helpful, and I’m glad to see the business still trading. My battery still takes a full charge and delivers the expected performance.

Recommend anfang bsshd 1000w being Modified as it runs smother and performance has improved experience.

I bought the BBSHD kit with CNC chainwheel to put on a Lapierre Mountain Bike Edge ( no chainline issues at all). Excellent personal service from Saad, answering all my questions. The engine and battery came set up to plug and play, easing it’s way to the first 300 miles in a matter of weeks. Brilliant

Purchased following a conversation with Saad – straight forward installation and have now done 200 miles of commuting. Works well on lowest power setting with loads left in reserve. Battery life appears to be as suggested – overall very happy with the whole process.

The guy modified the connector of the battery for me, at no extra cost and did a follow-up from purchase to battery installation, giving me advice and being flexible and helpful at all times. Highly recommended

I contacted them about the reprogramming service, explaining my troubles with my own attempts to reflash new firmware on to my BBSHD. Through photos, they were able to clarify that although I had thought I bought a BBSHD, it was actually a BBS02, and they were able to provide firmware for it and ultimately got my bike working again, and even though I offered to pay, they were just happy to see me back on my bike. Thank you.

Have just built a kit provided by Saad, couldn’t be happier with the result. Quality components with service to match.

Was very easy to fit my only advice when fitting use loctite on the motor mount bracket bolts and both the large motor nuts.

I should have bought the 750 motor last year what an amazing bit of kit I have full knee replacements both legs so the pedal assist is great on the hills and the thumb throttle is great to get you started absolutely awesome power you have to get one you won’t regret it

Delivered quickly and tuned just right,pedal assist comes on gradually and have full throttle override in all assists,including 0 so i can pedal and add whatever power on top,very happy,so much torque.

Got the 1000w and 52v 17a battery. These things are amazing fun. Be delicate with the throttle or how hard you pedal in the higher levels or it will surpise you 🙂 till you get used to it. I just got it for a toy, but it’d be a great commuting tool.

A quick Google brought me to ebikesystems and I’m so happy it did. This was my first venture into the ebike world and everything was such a breeze. I purchased the BBS02B kit with a 52v 17.5ah battery. Saad answered any questions I had before I purchased and was a massive help. I ordered the kit on Saturday night, it was dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday morning. Installation was a complete breeze and I had no issues at all. This is coming from someone who has no prior experience working on bikes (apart from changing tyres/inner tubes!).

Now I just need to pursuade my partner to do the same to her bike and I will be back!

I can’t say enough about Saad and ebike systems! I’ve had a couple of small issues firstly with the screen, I got in touch with saad and received a replacement the next day. Secondly after a long winter of not using my bike the charger developed a fault again one was sent straight away and I received it the day after, not only this but my warranty had expired by 3 months but saad still sent the charger and didn’t charge me a penny. Great company

Dealing with any company online can be off putting, let me assure you that this is not one them. I called and spoke to a gentleman called Saad and belive me when I say this man knows his stuff. He will help you with any questions and clue you up in regards to your choice of Ebike motor or battery. Great experience with no complaints and will definitely be using this company in the future.

Where can I start. From the numerous phone calls to the text messages, Saad has been a major help. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Regardless of if you are going to purchase or not, he is happy to still help you. I went BBSHD mid drive motor with the 48v 17.5ah Battery. When I started to fit the motor, I realised that I need spacers so that the chain ring doesn’t scratch my frame. I let Saad know and he shipped them out to me free of charge. He doesn’t force you into buying like a lot of salesmen and is very kind, he’s truly there to help you. From talking to him I can tell that he is very passionate about this type of stuff and he has got me interested in this stuff too. I think I’m having an issue with my battery or charger as I find it drains quite quickly (lasts me roughly 10 – 12 miles per day) but I know that this is something that Saad will resolve with ease. Just want to say thanks again Saad, you’ve been very very helpful. Wishing you and your family all the best for the rest of this year.

I bought the whole shooting match – BBSHD and 52v battery, with the 42 tooth chainring, hydraulic brake sensors, re-programming, front light and the gear change sensor. I spent months investigating and researching my options, and many emails back and forth with Saad convinced me he would the best supplier for my kit. His advice and support have been invaluable. My bike was out for its first test run this morning and all worked perfectly. It all fits fine, nothing broke, nothing fell off and the performance is amazing. I will of course get the Lekkie (or Lekkie clone) for a better offset against my 9 speed cassette, and maybe fashion a custom bash guard for the motor which will double as an anti-torqueing bracket. The battery took me, plus a very heavy full suspension Kona for a good five miles this morning, it gobbled up hills and mild terrain with no problem, and this was with just two or three speeds being used (until I get the offset fixed) I arrived home with 96% remaining capacity! The postage was almost next day, my follow up email questions were answered almost immediately and Saad kindly offered to help me with postage costs if the 68mm was too small and needed swapping out (it didn’t) I realise there are many suppliers out there selling the same kit, and you can always save a few quid any buy directly, but I was very reassured that Saad has checked and tested all the parts and any failures would be addressed easily. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service and arrived on time, wil use again

I Called Saad back in May this year after several weeks of looking at other places to purchase this kit. I knew after my first conversation that I’d be buying one (I went for the larger 1000W-1700W Motor with the 52v battery and had it unlocked) – Let me tell you that I wasn’t disappointed. Due to living only 20 miles away, I was fortunate to be able to pick up the kit (Saving on postage costs and delivery times).

After my purchase and during the install, I had a few teething problems (I’d not set the speed sensor up close enough for it to pick up). one phone call later, problem solved. Nothing was too much trouble in asking questions.

My second issue was the battery wasn’t charging, again, after a quick phone call, Saad then took the time and he came out to my house to look at the issue which it turned out to be a faulty charger. Swapped and no issues since.

Overall, if you are serious about buying this kit for your current bike then don’t look any further and purchase what you need from Saad. Since my purchase, I’ve sold my car 2 months ago and go to work everyday with a big smile on my face. Saving £500 a month in the process……

I was relieved to have spoken to Saad about my faulty electric bike, who was able to diagnose the likely problem and give great advice over the phone. I have struggled to find this skilled technical knowledge so I am hugely grateful. I look forward now to getting the new part and having my bike back in use!
